Shipping, Return & Refund Policies

Return Policy- To start a return, you can contact us at jocelyn@plantlifefarm.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return question at jocelyn@plantlifefarm.com

Damages and issues- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exchanges Policy- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.  Once the return is received, we will notify you once we’ve have received your item(s) and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Policy- We will notify you once we’ve received your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve started your return, please contact us at jocelyn@plantlifefarm.com

Shipping Policy- We offer free shipping on all orders $25 or more.  All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days.  Once we have recived your order with in 1-2 days of you making the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.  Then you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Please beware of potential delays due to postal service problems that are outside of our control.
